If you are not in to receive your order, the carrier will hold it for a limited time for collection. If it is not collected within this period and is returned to us, we can re-ship the item, however an additional shipping charge will apply. If you choose to request a refund instead, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
International Delivery
Worldwide delivery available, costs calculated at check out. Note it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on the carrier - the customer is also responsible for any customs charges that may occur, including if you send anything back for a refund.
